These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 5cczz website located at https://5cczz.net and all related services, platforms, games, promotions, and features offered under the 5cczz brand (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of its features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

5cczz reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification and proof of address. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full features of the 5cczz Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, email address, and a valid contact number.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You may hold only one (1) active account at any time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of any associated balances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 5cczz support immediately.
• You must keep your account information up to date. Outdated information may delay withdrawals or trigger a security review.
• 5cczz may, at its discretion, verify your identity through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, which may require submission of a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine national ID, passport, or driver's licence) and supporting documents.

All financial transactions on the 5cczz Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. 5cczz reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where KYC documentation is incomplete, where a bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or where a security review is in progress.

The following general gameplay principles apply across all 5cczz products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. No bet may be amended, cancelled, or voided after placement except where explicitly permitted by the specific game's rules or where a technical malfunction has been verified by 5cczz.
• In the event of a technical failure — whether on the 5cczz server, the game provider's system, or the player's device — 5cczz will make reasonable efforts to restore the game to its last confirmed state. Where this is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned at 5cczz's sole discretion.
• Game outcomes determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) are final and not subject to dispute based on statistical outcomes alone.
• Live casino games are governed by the rules of the studio from which they originate. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, the studio's recorded footage constitutes the authoritative record.

All content on the 5cczz Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, database structures, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of 5cczz or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 5cczz.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the 5cczz brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of 5cczz intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 5cczz.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5cczz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity interruptions, or system outages beyond the control of 5cczz.
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity.
• Any actions or inactions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or network operators.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Gambling losses incurred in the normal course of gameplay on a functioning Platform.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting 5cczz customer support via live chat. Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon closure. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification.
• 5cczz-Initiated Suspension: 5cczz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without notice — where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirement. In such cases, affected balances may be held pending investigation.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and 5cczz, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to formal proceedings.

You agree that any formal legal proceedings arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction.

5cczz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes that affect player rights, withdrawal procedures, or eligibility requirements — 5cczz will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email, in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on the website.

Minor amendments, such as clarifications of existing language, corrections of typographical errors, or updates required by changes in applicable law, may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon posting.

Your continued use of the 5cczz Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
